    INO Tomsk project is based on 6 innovation territorial clusters: petrochemical cluster, cluster of nuclear technologies, timber and pharmaceutical clusters, cluster of medical equipment and IT, cluster of wildlife resources, and cluster of hard-to-recover resources.

    160 thousands of highly-efficient workplaces will be created before 2020 as a result of INO Tomsk project implementation.

The Tomsk universities alongside the Tomsk Region Administration must target the applications for “Research and development” Federal Targeted Program, the establishment of engineering centers, and those pertaining to Government decree №218 towards the priorities of “INO Tomsk” and the Priority development area (PDA) stipulated within its frameworks in Seversk. The Ministry of Education and Science will focus on “INO Tomsk” and PDA priorities while working with the Tomsk Region to expand the participation of the universities in the implementation of industrial projects.
